WHAT ACCOMPLICE ACADEMY IS
This is not a course. Not a coaching package. Not another strategy document.
It's a guided build. Three phases. You do the thinking and the building — and you have a partner in the room the whole time helping you make sure what you're creating actually reflects what you're trying to build.
The whole program runs through the Accomplice Framework — a thinking tool that helps you work through any business decision with clarity and intention. You build the habit across all three phases. By the time you leave it's yours. You use it on everything.
THE THREE PHASES
Phase 1 — The Debrief
Get clear on the foundation.
Before anything gets built we need to understand who you are, what you're building, and why it matters. Not the polished version. The real one.
Five modules. Ten sessions. Two assessments — DiSC and CliftonStrengths, both included — that start giving you language for how you naturally operate.
You walk away knowing who you are, what you stand for, what you're building, who it's for, and where you're going. Everything in Phase 2 builds on this.
Phase 1 is available as a standalone engagement.
Phase 2 — The Blueprint
Build the architecture.
Now we take what we know about you and apply it to how your business actually runs. What exists. What needs to exist. Whether any of it reflects the foundation you just built.
This phase is driven by what your business actually needs — not a preset curriculum. We work through your priorities in the right order for where you are. Your assessment results get synthesized into a Leadership Profile that captures who you are as a leader in a way a personality quiz alone never could.
Phase 2 requires Phase 1 completion.
Phase 3 — The Op
Build it for real.
Month to month. You set the agenda. You bring what you're working on, what you're stuck on, what you've built and need a second set of eyes on. We work through it together using the Accomplice Framework.
This phase is yours. The thinking, the building, the documenting — all of it. The support is there when you need it.
Phase 3 requires Phase 2 completion. Month to month with no minimum commitment beyond the first month.

PRICING
Phase 1 starts at $1,800 and includes both assessments. Phase 1 + Phase 2 starts at $3,100.
Phase 3 is $400 per month.
Full program starts at $4,800.
Accelerated pace is available for those who want to move faster. Payment plans are available for multi-phase commitments.
