Path 1: Getting Started (Done-With-You)

Path 2: Full Implementation (Done-For-You)

Whether you're just starting out (Path 1) or already established (Path 2), the partnership evolves as you grow.
For Path 1 clients: We might start with just a diagnostic and architecture blueprint. As your business grows and revenue increases, you might add ongoing partnership support, then eventually move to full implementation when you're ready.
For Path 2 clients: We might start with a single system architecture project, then expand to ongoing retainer support as you see results and want to build out more infrastructure.
The point? You're never locked in. You're never stuck. The partnership adjusts to your reality—not some arbitrary commitment I forced on you from day one.
