Architecture & strategy blueprint: $1,500-8,000
DIY + coaching support: $500-1,500/month
I design the blueprint, you build with my guidance

Best for: Solopreneurs, early-stage founders, bootstrapped businesses who need the architecture designed but will implement themselves‍

Path 2: Full Implementation
(Done-For-You)

You're generating $200K+/year but your infrastructure is chaotic, nonexistent, or can't keep up with your growth. You need someone to design AND build your operational systems while you focus on running your business.

What this looks like:

Strategic diagnostic: $497
Full architecture & implementation: $8,000-75,000 (depending on scope)
Monthly retainers: $3,000-15,000/month

Most service providers have rigid requirements about where you need to be before they'll work with you.

I do things differently.

Whether you're just starting out (Path 1) or already established (Path 2), I meet you where you are—and the partnership evolves as you grow.

For Path 1 clients: We might start with just a diagnostic and architecture blueprint. As your business grows and revenue increases, you might add coaching support, then eventually move to full implementation when you're ready.

For Path 2 clients: We might start with a single system architecture project, then expand to ongoing retainer support as you see results and want to build out more infrastructure.

The point? You're never locked in. You're never stuck. The partnership adjusts to your reality—not some arbitrary commitment I forced on you from day one.

This aligns our incentives. I'm betting on you and your growth, not trying to extract maximum dollars upfront.
