Project Overview

From May 2017 through February 2019, I served as Event Operations Manager for Jalsa Catering in Milpitas, California, coordinating executive operations and large-scale catering events with specialization in Indian weddings and corporate functions. The role required managing complex logistics, vendor relationships, and client expectations while maintaining Jalsa Catering's reputation for exceptional service excellence.

Challenge

Catering operations—particularly for large-scale events like Indian weddings—involve extraordinary logistical complexity and high client expectations. The challenges included:

I managed complete event logistics from initial client consultation through final execution:
